Purchase and Pre-purchase applications
Once you make contact, we will send you a short list of what we need to assess your current position. When returned we will calculate your lending potential and the repayment amount with the most suited lender from our panel of 40+ different options. This process usually takes 24h once we have all the required info. Then if you are happy, we will make an application on your behalf to the chosen lender. This can take 5 -7 days to receive a result. A pre-purchase application can be made before you have found a property, this will ensure a lender is willing to lend and give you certainty on what your budget is. It also helps when you tell a realestate agent you have been pre-approved for finance.
First Home Buyers
Navigate government grants, guarantees, and low-deposit options with expert guidance every step of the way. These are available for both Australian and NZ citizens.
