First home buyer options
The Australian Government has some great schemes available to both Australian and New Zealand citizens to help them into their first home.
5% deposit no LMI (lenders mortgage insurance).
2% deposit single parent scheme.
0% deposit family guarantor scheme. (yes, you can purchase with no deposit).
There are also stamp duty (Tax) concession available, this is different in all states but could save you between $20,000 and $50,000.

NZ Kiwi Saver
New Zealand citizens with KiwiSaver can transfer it over to an Australian super provider and use up to $15K/person ($30K total as a couple /partnership) to help with a home deposit. This process generally takes 4-6 weeks so once you have decided you want to purchase, we can start to get this process underway.
